Cinnamon Buns

We got up this morning to sleet and freezing rain that coated everything outside with a slick layer of ice. The streets were all slushy and up until about 10 am we didn't see any cars pass in front of the house or on the street behind. It has warmed up some since and its raining now. (So much for the big snow storm that was suppose to bring 3-7 inches. Hype as usual.) The ice is starting to melt off all but the metal surfaces and the trees. Elisha had a swim meet so we walked over to the pool to watch. Andrew stayed for the whole meet but I was only there during the heats that Elisha swam. It's too much of a sauna in the pool area for me to want to stay long. I mixed up a batch of cinnamon rolls (recipe compliments of John and Maureen). I am waiting for them to rise. I also took some photos of my Satin babies who are getting bigger and woolier every day. This is my kind of Saturday. No place I have to be-nothing I have to do.

PS Cinnamon rolls are delicious.

Cute babies!! Is it just me or do they look the same color as the cinnamon rolls?

There's nothing like fresh baked cinnamon rolls. I haven't baked any in a long time.

Gosh, now I'm hungy! Not for the bunnies but for the buns:)
The bunnies look delicious too but in a good way.
