A New Year's Visitor

Pip greeted me at feeding time last night. This is the first time I have seen her since November but Andrew has seen her and he says she's staying under the deck. That sounds right to me since Daisy hangs out sniffing the deck until I have to tell her to quit. It was so cold last night and Pip's coat is really heavy for winter. She came right too me when I offered food. Andrew installed a window in the rabbitry so the buns can have some daylight. It makes it look pretty charming. I'll touch up the paint this spring when we clean everything.

The window is a nice touch!!! Maybe a curtain valance in the spring too?

Glad to see Pip again! It's such a cold year so far. Always worry about the how the little critters manage in this weather.

The window looks good. That way the rabbits can enjoy the daylight and their eyes will be accustomed to light.
